#Responsibility - At no time during the period of any bookings may parents or guardians leave children or teenagers at any property on their own overnight. The signatory of a booking request does so on behalf of all persons who will occupy the property during the period stated. All members of the party must be aware of and accept the booking terms and conditions. Any breach will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
#Numbers - Seven persons is the maximum number of occupants permitted and exceeding this number constitutes a breach of contract. Under no circumstances may tents be erected in gardens and used as additional sleeping space. No tents should be erected at any time for any purpose.
#Groups - We accept bookings only from family groups.
#Cleaning - tenants are required to leave the property they have rented in a completely clean and tidy condition ready for the next occupier. Should you prefer to have the property cleaned on your changeover this can be arranged at an extra cost of £25. Any damages or Breakages must be paid for in full.
#Linen - Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are NOT provided and should be brought with you. Alternatively , linen can be hired locally in the village from Wendy Watts 01208 863423.
#Extra Charges - Fuel consumed during your stay is NOT included in the rental price.
#Arrival/Departure Times - Property is available from 3.00pm on scheduled changeover day. Departure time is 10.00am prompt.
#Nursery Hire - Can be arranged if required.
#Termination - We reserve the right to refuse or terminate (without refund) and booking where we consider there a breach of our terms and conditions.
